What will you do? You will provide customers with access to high-quality products that enhance their lives, making a meaningful impact day by day! Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through friendly, top-notch service in our stores and customers’ homes, while securing new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone. Deliveries & Pickups: Get out into the field and exemplify a winning spirit by safely loading, unloading, and installing products, while adhering to all handling and transportation procedures and maintaining vehicle cleanliness. Merchandising: Create an inviting store atmosphere by keeping products organized and the showroom clean, ensuring a pleasant environment for both customers and coworkers. Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years old Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record – you will be driving company vehicles Ability to lift and move items such as furniture, electronics, and appliances Excellent communication and customer service skills Helpful Traits: Aspirations of building a CAREER, not just having a job A passion for improving customers' lives A strong desire to learn about the business Grit and determination Physical Demands: This role involves regular verbal communication and listening. It is highly active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the day. The role also necessitates lifting and moving (pushing/pulling) heavy items and merchandise. All team members must comply with Company safety guidelines while fulfilling the physical aspects of the job. Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, with hours/days of work from Monday to Saturday, spanning store open to close hours. Enjoy Sundays off along with one additional weekday off.
