The Insights team plays a vital role within Corporate Communications, contributing to an overarching data-driven earned media strategy that aligns with Accenture's business objectives. This team collaborates closely with Media Relations, Marketing, and Communications professionals globally to ensure that our efforts are strategically developed, thoroughly measured, and continuously refined. The team encompasses Insights, Media Strategy & Planning, Investor Relations, Issues Management, and CEO Positioning. Your Role As a Senior Manager (CL6), you will be a key strategic advisor to the Associate Director & Global Insights Lead, influencing how Corporate Communications leverages data and insights for informed decision-making. This role is perfect for those who excel in moments of uncertainty, transforming loosely defined needs into structured analytical strategies, while effectively guiding teammates within a complex, matrixed organization. You will oversee reporting and insight requests from various functions, ensuring the team prioritizes high-value work and applies the appropriate methodologies. Furthermore, you will mentor colleagues on the Insights team, elevating the overall quality and strategic impact of our insights deliverables. Key Responsibilities Strategic Insight Leadership:

Serve as the main contact and strategic partner for intricate insights requests across Corporate Communications, collaborating with the Global Insights Lead to establish priorities and shape long-term strategies. Advanced Reporting & Analysis:

Translate vague business questions into structured analytical plans and develop high-value reports that utilize media and social listening tools, ensuring thorough data interpretation for actionable recommendations. Team Guidance & Capability Building:

Provide mentorship and daily support to Insights team members, establishing best practices and facilitating hiring and onboarding processes. Stakeholder Partnership & Influence:

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in Media Relations, Marketing, and Communications, advocating for data-driven practices and strategies. Tools, Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

Collaborate with the team to enhance the use of analytics and reporting platforms, leveraging emerging technologies to drive efficiency and improve the quality of insights. Basic Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of experience in communications, media analysis, insights, or research. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience). Proven ability to lead complex analytical efforts with limited supervision. Excellent communication skills, proficient in synthesizing complex information for senior stakeholders. Capacity to collaborate across global time zones in a matrixed environment. Strong proficiency in media monitoring and social listening tools and advanced Boolean logic skills. Experience integrating insights from various data sources. Exceptional critical thinking and business acumen. Ability to foster relationships with senior executives. Knowledge of the U.S. and global news landscape. Strong data visualization skills, capable of producing polished insights for executive review. Comfort in leading and mentoring junior team members. Highly organized, able to manage numerous priorities with strong attention to detail. Compensation at Accenture varies greatly depending on factors such as office location and role specifics.
