Director of Financial Crimes Development Join our team as the Director of Financial Crimes Development, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic solutions to combat financial crimes such as fraud, money laundering, sanctions violations, and bribery. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, regulatory insight, and leadership skills to foster innovation and ensure operational excellence in compliance programs. Key Responsibilities and Duties Lead the design and implementation of frameworks aimed at detecting and preventing financial crimes.

Represent our organization in industry discussions and stay engaged with regulatory bodies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance solutions within business operations. Keep abreast of emerging threats and regulatory shifts to refine strategies.

Oversee the creation and deployment of analytics tools, machine learning models, and automation systems to augment financial crime detection capabilities.

Work closely with IT and data science teams to ensure that systems comply with regulatory and operational standards.

Guarantee adherence to AML, sanctions, anti-bribery, and fraud regulations.

Conduct gap analyses and develop remediation plans for any compliance deficiencies.

Support audits, regulatory exams, and internal investigations as needed.

Mentor and lead a team of financial crimes analysts and developers, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

Act as a subject matter expert and consultant to senior leadership, providing insights and guidance.

Minimum Qualifications 5 years of experience in enterprise software development.

Strong knowledge of Financial Crimes solutions.

Preferred Qualifications 7 years of experience specializing in Financial Crimes technology solutions.

In-depth understanding of AML, Fraud, Bribery, and related disciplines.

Educational Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements This position requires sedentary work.
