OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Director, Field Sales to lead and elevate our Compliance Sales Team. In this role, you will drive remarkable revenue growth, establish strategic directions, and cultivate operational excellence. Your leadership will inspire your team to exceed expectations, and you will play a crucial role in shaping a positive sales culture that aligns various departments towards shared goals.
As a pivotal figure in the organization, you will:
Guide Field Sales Executives and strategize for successful business closures.
Ensure effective communication with executives and managers across the company to address the needs of the sales team.
Create advanced sales strategies that align with company objectives.
Implement innovative initiatives for revenue growth and market expansion.
Establish key relationships with major clients and industry leaders.
Evaluate departmental performance and implement improvements.
Communicate effectively to align sales activities with company goals.
Develop sales policies, procedures, and best practices.
Represent the company at industry events to enhance visibility.
Analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions for enhanced performance.
Drive new business in the healthcare market to meet or exceed sales goals.
Utilize disciplined sales methodology to build a strong pipeline and close deals.
Ensure accurate sales forecasting and maintain robust sales records in Salesforce.com.
Attract, develop, and retain top talent to achieve performance metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
Experience:
5+ years in a leadership role managing a new business development sales team.
Minimum of 7 years in sales, particularly in software or information services.
Experience in the healthcare industry and working with C-suite executives is highly desirable.
Exemplary communication skills and strong computer proficiency.
Demonstrated success in solutions-based selling and negotiating high-value contracts.
Experience with customer relationship management software, especially Salesforce.com.
TRAVEL:
Up to 50% may be required. This position may require attendance at a Wolters Kluwer office during the recruitment process. COMPENSATION: Base salary range is $111,200.00 - $198,650.00 USD, with eligibility for commission.
