We are looking for a Director of Human Capital Management Technology Transformation to become a vital part of our Talent and Culture organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the complete technology program delivery process, from defining initial requirements to implementing solutions and optimizing them through process re-engineering.
Create, manage, and sustain a comprehensive technology project plan that includes scope, timeline, and budget, in close collaboration with implementation vendors.
Establish and enforce robust governance practices to ensure alignment, communication, and coordination across all technology initiatives.
Serve as the primary contact for the Technology and Data organization, ensuring stakeholders receive consistent and transparent updates on project status.
Maintain an up-to-date log of risks, issues, actions, and decisions related to the program, proactively implementing strategies to mitigate potential challenges and ensure successful delivery.
Exemplify integrity, professionalism, and accountability to foster a respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications:
A minimum of seven years of progressive experience in HR Technology and Data, including at least three years of team leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related field.
Proven track record of managing large-scale HR technology transformation initiatives; experience with cloud-based HCM platforms like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors is highly desirable.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credential is a plus.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Deep knowledge of HR technologies backed by strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
