Your chance to make a significant impact! We are seeking an energetic Senior Human Resources Director (SHRD) to lead the strategic vision of our HR initiatives. This pivotal role encompasses workforce planning, culture transformation, coaching, and enhancing internal communications. You will develop and implement a comprehensive workforce planning model aligned with our growth strategy, establish effective performance review processes, and innovate onboarding and reboarding initiatives.
We are looking for a collaborative leader who will partner with executive leadership to cultivate a high-performing and inclusive culture that elevates employee well-being and drives our organizational success. The ideal candidate will bring at least 15 years of leadership experience in talent management, with a proven track record in scaling organizations and steering cultural and operational change that aligns with our mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute impactful learning and development strategies.
Enhance employee communications to promote engagement across the organization.
Revamp the intranet for an improved user experience.
Lead and develop teams focused on HR operations, talent acquisition, learning and development, culture, and employee communications.
Collaborate closely with the executive team to integrate people strategies with organizational priorities and financial planning.
Applicants should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in nonprofit organizations serving diverse socio-economic populations, alongside an additional 7 years in process-critical environments. The SHRD will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership, focusing on culture, organizational health, and talent initiatives while maintaining high standards in employee relations, compliance, and policy management.
