Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Onsite: 1401 E Court St, Flint, MI 48503
Job Duties/Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet visitors and answer phone at a central office desk 2. Assist with benefits: invoice auditing, post-payroll deduction auditing, leave balance entry, reimbursement tracking and processing (professional development, tuition reimbursements) 3. Maintain electronic personnel files 4. Preparing copies for subpoena and employee personnel file requests 5. Maintain Excel spreadsheets with information needed to track temporary agency employee hours, length of service, classification, department, etc. 6. Date stamp mail 7. Provide general office support for operations, HR services, Talent team 8. Provide administrative support to Associate VP and Assistant VP 9. Assist with event planning 10. Other duties as assigned 11. This position's responsibilities can range from some of the basic office duties listed above to high-level administrative support and a willingness to do any tasks necessary for the HR team to be successful
Minimum Requirements: • Proficiency with Excel including creating spreadsheets, using formulas, sorting, copying/pasting functions • Office experience • Customer service experience • Experience with sensitive and confidential information • Pleasant and professional disposition • Organizational skills
Preferred Requirements: • HR experience
