KPMG is seeking an Associate Director, Compensation and Performance Management Technology Solutions to be part of our Talent & Culture organization. Design and execute a comprehensive strategy for Partner Compensation and Performance Management technology and data, aligned with our organizational goals. Oversee the implementation and ongoing maintenance of HR technology systems related to partner compensation and performance management. Lead a dedicated team responsible for day-to-day operations and the initiation of new technologies to enhance our Partner Compensation and Performance Management capabilities. Manage relationships with our Partner Compensation and Performance Center of Excellence (COE) to understand their objectives, provide project updates, and offer technical leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology requirements, ensuring systems are user-friendly, efficient, and scalable. Act with integrity and uphold KPMG's standards of professionalism and respect in the workplace. Qualifications: A minimum of six years of relevant experience in information technology, process improvements, and expertise in compensation and performance management. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or six years of relevant work experience is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required. Experience managing teams within a matrixed environment with geographically dispersed stakeholders. Strong background in managing impactful projects aimed at continuously improving organizational processes and programs. Results-driven mentality with the ability to execute efficiently under multiple deadlines while maintaining a client-focused approach. Demonstrated skills in program and project management, including project lifecycle management and client/vendor relationship management. Strong understanding of KPMG and the industry, with exceptional client orientation and relationship-building abilities to connect with various leaders and teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills to foster partnerships and build credibility at all organizational levels. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
