As an HR Mergers & Acquisitions Associate Director, you will play a crucial role within the IGS team, focusing on guiding clients through intricate transactions. This position involves overseeing various transaction-related projects and using your expertise to recommend effective HR plan designs tailored for M&A initiatives. You'll serve as the primary project manager and communication liaison, ensuring issues are resolved, deliverables are met, and our clients receive outstanding service. Additionally, you'll actively contribute to generating new business opportunities and support broader benefits and compensation initiatives within the IGS team. The Role Deliver exceptional project management on a variety of transaction-related projects. Draft comprehensive statements of work, project plans, and budgets that encompass multiple workstreams and coordinate global consultant teams. Act as the day-to-day project lead, ensuring progress aligns with objectives, budget, timeline, and quality standards. Serve as a primary contact for clients, addressing service delivery queries and coordinating with international consultants. Manage client expectations and escalate issues appropriately to senior consultants and relationship managers. Build trusted advisor relationships with clients through high-quality communication and proactive project execution. Achieve revenue and billable hour targets as set by your manager. Support the team's efforts to attract new business and strengthen existing client relationships. Leverage your technical expertise to drive client success. Foster effective internal relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams. Engage in special projects focused on benefit strategy, governance, and global funding policies. Mentor and train project team associates. Review client deliverables to ensure alignment with objectives and adherence to professional excellence standards. The Requirements 7 - 10+ years of experience in managing mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures for multinational corporations, ideally in a client-focused environment. In-depth understanding of HR M&A processes, programs, and diverse transaction types. Proven track record in delivering consulting services to senior management via individual contributions and team leadership. Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects and large, diverse teams while delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented settings. Exemplary project management skills, with a knack for diagnosing and resolving issues. Robust analytical skills, adept at synthesizing data to derive insights and creatively solve problems. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Strong business acumen and a polished executive presence in oral and written communications. Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate with senior management across all organizational levels. A passion for mentoring and guiding junior staff. Experience in leading virtual teams effectively. Willingness to travel and work extended hours as necessary. A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree in a related field is preferred. Compensation and Benefits Details regarding base salary range and benefits for this position are provided in accordance with pay transparency legislation. The base salary typically ranges from $110,000 to $150,000 USD per year, with eligibility for an annual short-term incentive bonus. Company Benefits Health and Welfare:
