Overview
Come join the Cybersecurity, Trust and Safety, Risk, Enterprise Applications, and Compliance (CTREC) organization at Intuit as a Manager 3, Technical Program Manager (TPM) leading Strategy & Planning. In this role, you will be a senior program leader and trusted advisor, responsible for how CTREC sets priorities, allocates resources, and executes against its most critical initiatives.
You will own CTREC's strategic planning and operating rhythm, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Annual and In-Year Planning (AYP/IYP), financial and headcount management, and site strategy. By connecting strategy to execution, you will drive clarity, transparency, and disciplined decision-making across a complex, highly regulated technology organization.
We are seeking a boundaryless leader who operates at the intersection of technology, risk, finance, and operations. With strong technical and program leadership expertise, you will influence senior leaders, deliver executive-ready insights, and ensure CTREC operates with agility, rigor, and impact.
As a Manager 3 TPM, you will also lead and grow a high-performing Strategy & Planning team, championing operational excellence, continuous improvement, and an inclusive, engaged culture.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Operating Rhythm
Lead CTREC Annual Planning (AYP) and In Year Planning (IYP) processes, ensuring alignment to enterprise priorities.
Own the Quarterly Business Review process, including financial, headcount, portfolio, and executive reporting.
Establish clear frameworks for prioritization, goal setting, and investment decisions.
Financial & Headcount Management
Own CTREC financial planning, forecasting, and in-year tracking.
Serve as the primary liaison to Finance, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and fiscal discipline.
Drive investment governance and tradeoff decision-making.
Operational Excellence & Insights
Build and evolve dashboards, metrics, and planning tools to support executive decisions.
Drive continuous improvement of planning, governance, and execution processes.
Site Strategy & Stakeholder Alignment
Own CTREC site strategy and workforce alignment.
Partner across functions to ensure clear communication, coordination, and execution.
Team Leadership & Culture
Lead, mentor, and develop the CTREC Strategy & Planning team.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Leadership Experience
10+ years delivering cross-organizational impact in strategy, operations, finance, or large-scale program management within a technology environment, and has people management experience.
Strategic & Analytical Acumen
Strong ability to translate strategy into execution through planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and financial management. Highly analytical and data-driven.
Operational Expertise
Proven experience designing and scaling planning frameworks, operating rhythms, and governance models across complex organizations.
Executive Communication
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with experience supporting executive reviews and decision-making.
Change Leadership
Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, influence without authority, and align stakeholders around shared goals.
Technical Acumen
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and enterprise platforms. Experience in security, risk, or compliance environments is a plus.
People Leadership
Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams and fostering inclusive, collaborative cultures.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
