Seeking a highly experienced and motivated
Personal Lines Account Executive
to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a seasoned insurance professional with a proven track record in personal lines account management and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and growing a book of business, mentoring team members, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Compensation Package Base Salary : $70,000 - $80,000 annually, with potential earnings up to $100,000 based on experience and performance. Responsibilities Manage a full spectrum of personal lines accounts, including high-net-worth and standard clients. Provide A-Z account management, including quoting, marketing, selling, and servicing policies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and care. Collaborate with the commercial lines department to provide comprehensive solutions for clients. Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and family-oriented work environment. Contribute to the growth of the organization by developing and managing your own book of business. Participate in quarterly performance reviews and contribute to the overall profitability of the team. Qualifications/Requirements Minimum of 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on personal lines. Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license. Proficiency in Applied Systems, with a preference for EPIC experience. Familiarity with carriers such as Erie, NYC, and Hanover is highly desirable. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a high-volume workload. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional client service. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A proven track record of success in managing and growing a book of business.
