Business Development Manager Responsibilities: Must have Houston and All Surrounding Areas Medical contacts and relationships developed for future growth in the industry Develop and execute strategic business development campaigns Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly referral forecasts Manage and track all leads and ensure they’re followed up with in a timely manner Collect and analyze business metrics Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective referral and payer sources Build and monitor a positive perception as a high-quality provider in the local community Identify opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs Stay up-to-date with working knowledge of government agencies, major payer groups, key referral sources, and competitors’ market positioning
Senior Business Development Manager Requirements: Strong communication, organization, timemanagement skills Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office At least 3-5 years of home health business development required
