All underpinned by technology created with purpose.## YOUR ROLEOur professionals enable our clients to effectively evaluate and treat cyber risks, redesign Cybersecurity operating models, modernize digital identity capabilities, lead programs to drive security culture change and transform security and compliance regimes to make them efficient, effective, sustainable and resilient.As a (Senior) Consultant in the business, you will be part of a diverse team and help shaping the cybersecurity capabilities of a wide array of clients and industries.Key tasks for this role include:* Work with clients to assess and improve their cybersecurity posture, design practical solutions aligned with business objectives, and support the deployment and implementation of security strategies, frameworks, and concrete measures to improve protection and resilience.* Conduct risk assessments and security reviews to identify vulnerabilities, recommend improvements, and assist in defining roadmaps and action plans for cybersecurity initiatives* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that combine business, technology, and regulatory perspectives* Stay informed about cybersecurity trends, regulations, and technologies to provide relevant insights## YOUR PROFILE* 1-3 years of experience in IT consulting, with a focus on cybersecurity and risk management, combined with a proven track record of delivering or managing projects in these areas* Solid understanding of key cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2, etc.), along with familiarity with regulatory requirements (DORA, NIS2, CRA,…) and emerging trends in the field* Recognized cyber/information security certifications (e.g. ISO27001 LI, CISSP, CISM,…) or trainings are considered a plus* Experience in conducting maturity assessments, deploying risk management framework or performing regulatory compliance audits related to information security* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills* Strong business acumen and sharp client facing communication/interpersonal skills* Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field* Fluent in English and at least French or Dutch## WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE* Flexibility & Autonomy: Work from clients, from home, from Capgemini office or even sometimes from abroad to work the way that works for you.* Learning & Development: Accelerate your AI consulting career with global and local training programs such as the Consulting Skills Workshop (CSW) and InventX, complemented by continuous learning in Generative AI, responsible AI, cloud foundations, and enterprise transformation.* Community & Support: Grow within a collaborative environment supported by buddy programs, mentoring, and active internal communities, including AI, data, and transformation guilds, helping you connect with experts and build your network across functions and capabilities.* Diverse Exposure: Work across a variety of industries, clients, and geographies.## ABOUT CAPGEMINICapgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
