The Challenge We’re not hiring someone to maintain the status quo. We need a VP of Sales who can take our existing sales organization to the next level while personally demonstrating what great looks like. This is a player-coach role where you’ll refine processes, elevate high-performers, and scale our success.
You’ll sit on our Executive Leadership Team driving revenue decisions. No micromanagement. No corporate politics. Just results.
What You’ll Do Elevate the sales organization
Refine and scale processes to drive even greater consistency
Enhance pipeline generation and qualification systems
Strengthen accountability and performance standards
Optimize compensation structures for continued growth
Lead from the front
Actively sell in high-value pursuits and complex deals
Model effective behaviors in preparation, positioning, and closing
Open doors and provide senior presence where it matters
Build the team
Develop hunters, farmers, and account managers into peak performers
Use behavioral data to optimize team composition
Make fast decisions on underperformers
Create a culture of ownership and accountability
What You Bring Experience
7-10+ years progressive sales experience, 3-5 years in leadership
Commercial reconstruction, restoration, or related B2B services preferred
Personal sales success, not just managing others
Proven ability to build and scale teams
Sales Acumen
Command of pipeline management and forecasting
Experience with complex, relationship-driven sales cycles
Comfort with high-risk, high-visibility opportunities
CRM implementation and sales technology

$200,000 - $215,000 annually
Team performance commission based on gross margin (uncapped)
