To support its expansion, a premier automotive player in Malta is recruiting a

Sales and Commercial Manager

to lead and develop its

B2B

commercial operations.

Lead the sales function to profitable growth. You will be directly accountable for revenue, pricing strategy, and overall commercial performance.

This is an office-based role with flexible hours and offers a salary of up to

€45K .

Role & Responsibilities

Drive B2B sales growth for core products and services

Develop and execute the strategic sales plan and pipeline

Own pricing strategy, margin management, and commercial terms

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets

Govern deal approvals and ensure commercial compliance

Collaborate with Operations to guarantee customer delivery and satisfaction

Track, analyse, and report on key commercial KPIs

Personally manage and develop key accounts and strategic opportunities

Continuously optimise sales processes, forecasting, and CRM use

Education, Skills & Experience

A track record of achievement in B2B sales or commercial leadership

Combines sharp commercial instinct

Strategically drives growth without compromising margin integrity

A confident decision-maker and an empowering people leader

Operates with discipline and a clear, results-oriented focus

About this role

Office based with flexible hours

Up to €40K- €45K
