.**Job Title:** Senior Tax Analyst
**Reports To:** Director of Tax
**Location:** St. Louis, MO, Sidney, OH, Kennesaw, GA or Cudahy, WI- **Education:**
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.- **Experience:**
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax accounting (ASC 740) and tax compliance (or a related area), including preparation and/or review of tax filings and U.S. GAAP income tax provisions.
* Experience with ASC 740, federal and state tax, and general tax research.- **Skills & Competencies:**
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
* High attention to detail and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* A desire to learn and understand the value of leveraging technology to drive greater efficiency, improve tax processes and manage risk.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Familiarity with tax technology systems, preferably OneSource.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management.* Experience with ASC 740 and provision to return reconciliation.* **Familiarity with international tax concepts**, such as foreign tax credits and withholding and the ability to support international tax compliance, provision, and planning activities.
