
Carpenter Superintendent

Alberici is currently accepting applications for Carpenter Superintendents with experience working on large construction jobsites. The Carpenter Superintendent role is essential and assists the project team in ensuring timely and successful completion of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and supervision of all self-perform carpenter, millwright, and related trade work
Plan, schedule, and coordinate work activities to meet project milestones and budgets
Collaborate with Project Management on manpower planning, sequencing, and cost control
Lead and support General Foremen and Foremen, holding them accountable for safety, quality, and production
Coordinate with other trade superintendents, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Drive site-wide safety culture, including OSHA compliance, LOTO procedures, and incident prevention
Review daily reports, manpower loading, productivity, and look-ahead schedules
Identify and resolve constructability issues and field conflicts proactively
Support workforce development, performance management, and corrective action as needed
Qualifications
Minimum 8–10+ years of progressive construction experience, including supervisory roles
Extensive experience supervising self-perform trade work on large or complex projects
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and labor productivity
In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety management, and risk mitigation
Ability to manage multiple work fronts and priorities simultaneously
Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
