We are searching for a Senior Account Manager to join our account team. Our ideal candidate will own all aspects of campaigns, including internal and client-facing kickoff meetings at the start of an initiative to completion of delivery. The Senior Account manager will support senior account team members in executing creative work, building effective client relationships, and managing the critical components that drive growth and success for clients.
MDG follows a hybrid work model of Monday/Friday remote and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in our Boca Raton office. Our scheduled work hours are 9a-6p.
What you’ll do:
Guidesand manages all day-to-day activities for assigned clients in development ofadvertising campaigns and projects within the approves plans
Managecreative, digital, social and media projects from inception to completion ensuring on-time delivery
Timelinedevelopment and management of all client deliverables
Developclient meeting agendas, post meeting contact reports and any follow-up deliveractions needed
Manageinternal communications to provide direction and/or updates across departments including creative, social media, and media for campaigns or individual projects
Plans,manages, and executes ongoing project development and timing to ensure that progressive stages are approved with adequate time to meet schedules and deadlines
Respondto client phone calls and be aware of all client activities to provide back-upto account lead
Workwith the account director to compile, update and issue status reports, daily hot sheet items and tracking of campaign results and performance
Maintainall client information in an organized manner as needed for accurate proofreading and meeting of client standards
Act as liaison with other agency departments and vendors
Developbriefs and prepare presentation decks
Manageblog and content development and social media updates
Manageclient budgets and billing
Activelybuild relationships with clients
Keepapprised of client’s products/services/marketing developments
Gatherand assemble background information, research, and analyses as needed for development of creative briefs and monthly presentations
Performsother related duties as assigned by management
Requirements Qualifications and skills:
Bachelor’sDegree in Advertising, Marketing or related field required
5+years’ ad agency experience managing and executing multi-channel digitalprojects
Understandingof general advertising principles and account service client management protocol
Managesmultiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease
Tactfuland diplomatic communication skills; internal, external, formal and informal written, and verbal
Abilityto communicate complex information in easy-to-understand terms
Skilledin presenting to high level clients
Ableto actively build and maintain good working relationships with clients andcolleagues
Mustbe willing to go above and beyond to ensure client’s issues and requests aresufficiently resolved
Organizedand pays attention to every detail
Proactiveproblem solving
Hospitality,healthcare, and retail experience a plus
Youmust have a valid driver’s license and have your own reliable transportation toattend client meetings and events
