Position Summary Mashgin is looking to hire a Sales Executive on our sales team to build and maintain a strong pipeline of regional and multi‑site convenience store clients. You will be a strategic business leader responsible for driving Mashgin's growth and market penetration within assigned national convenience store accounts. This role serves as the primary relationship owner and business architect, orchestrating cross‑functional collaboration across multiple geographic regions to maximize revenue opportunities and strengthen strategic partnerships with key retail customers on a global scale.

Strategic Account Management

Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies aligned with Mashgin's corporate objectives across major convenience retailers nationwide

Coordinate regional business strategies ensuring consistency while adapting to local market dynamics and regulatory requirements

Lead annual business planning and budget processes for assigned accounts across all geographic regions

Build and maintain executive‑level relationships at customer headquarters and regional business unit levels

Conduct quarterly business reviews with regional stakeholders to assess performance, identify opportunities, and align strategic priorities across markets

Revenue Growth & Multi‑Market Expansion

Drive distribution and adoption of Mashgin solutions across new and existing customers

Negotiate regional pricing strategies and promotional programs that optimize profitability while meeting diverse market requirements

Identify opportunities to scale deployments across additional store locations and regions

Monitor competitive landscape and regional market trends to inform strategic recommendations for each business unit

Coordinate product rollouts and market entry strategies across multiple geographic regions

Cross‑Functional Team Player

Coordinate efforts across sales, marketing, operations, finance, and support teams to deliver integrated customer solutions

Ensure seamless execution of deployments, marketing campaigns, and product launches

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to leverage consumer and market data for strategic decision‑making

Lead problem resolution and escalation management across all business functions

Act as the voice of the customer to influence product and go‑to‑market strategy

Retail Execution Excellence

Ensure optimal product placement and merchandising standards compliance

Secure incremental display opportunities and point‑of‑sale marketing placements across diverse market environments

Monitor and improve key performance metrics including distribution, pricing, and promotional effectiveness

Coordinate planogram compliance and execution standards across varying retail environments and cultural markets

Minimum Qualifications

Proven track record managing national retail chains in grocery and convenience store channels

Demonstrated success in growing revenue and market share with major accounts

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools

Experience with SAP/BI systems and Customer Portfolio Management platforms

Comfort with CRM systems and sales reporting tools like Hubspot

Self‑motivated with ability to work independently across multiple time zones and manage complex, multi‑regional priorities

Willingness to travel 50‑60% of the time
