Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Resident Relations Specialist to join our team. About The Role

Field inquiries from residents via phone, email, and written correspondence

Respond to resident inquiries and concerns while ensuring compliance with lease terms

Coordinate with maintenance, leasing, and management teams to resolve resident issues efficiently

Accurately document resident interactions, complaints, and resolutions in property management systems

This position requires a high level of diplomacy and strict confidentiality

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

Minimum of two years of customer service experience required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software, or the ability to learn quickly

Detail-oriented, well-organized, and highly task-driven

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
