
Luxury Real Estate | Colorado (Aspen/Vail)
The Opportunity
We are a multi-market luxury real estate company seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to build our marketing function from the ground up. You will start as a team of one, owning execution end-to-end, with the mandate to design, scale, and lead the marketing department as the company expands.
Real estate marketing experience is required. This role is ideal for a player-coach who understands listings, MLS, agents, and luxury buyers—and thrives on both execution and strategic growth.
What You’ll Own Brand & Strategy
Define and execute the brand’s visual identity and voice across all platforms
Ensure a consistent, elevated luxury aesthetic across all markets
Property Marketing & Listing Launches
Lead end-to-end listing launches: photography, videography, staging, print, and MLS
Serve as the on-site point person to ensure every property is “magazine ready”
Oversee production of high-end brochures, mailers, and listing collateral
Digital, Social & Growth
Manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn with a real‑estate-focused content strategy
Capture and publish reels, property tours, and client testimonials
Design and deploy monthly newsletters and targeted property email campaigns
Maintain the website for accuracy, SEO, and lead generation performance
Events & Reputation
Plan and execute open houses, client events, and community activations
Proactively manage and grow reviews on Google, Zillow, and Yelp
Scaling & Leadership
Build repeatable marketing systems and playbooks for multi-market expansion
Source, manage, and scale a high-quality vendor network
Hire and lead internal marketing talent as the company grows
Required Experience & Profile
Direct real‑estate marketing experience (required)
Experience marketing residential listings and working with agents
Strong understanding of MLS workflows and property launch timelines
A player‑coach comfortable being hands‑on in early stages
Exceptional eye for design and luxury presentation
Highly organized; able to manage multiple listings under tight deadlines
Clear, confident communicator with agents, leadership, and vendors
Required Skills
Social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
Canva (or similar design tools)
Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar)
CRM experience (e.g., Lofty, HubSpot)
Exceptional copywriting and attention to detail
Adobe Acrobat, MS Office, and document management tools
Preferred
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
WordPress or similar CMS
Meta Business Suite and Google Ads
Marketing or Communications degree or a strong real‑estate/luxury portfolio
Work Environment
Location: Colorado required
Work Style: Hybrid; Aspen presence strongly preferred
