To accomplish this task, the manager must effectively managethe sales personnel; have a strong knowledge of the local market and anunderstanding of the sales department's financial data.

Qualifiedcandidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in dealer management
Passionateabout customer retention and CSI in Sales
Determinemonthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives,and departmental profits.
Workwith each salesperson & manager to work on specific goals and objectivesthat are set and established.
Createa positive sales culture for the team & create a “team” atmosphere focusingon employee retention.
ConductSales meetings.
Maintaina balanced inventory in new and used sales.
Workwith the marketing department to create the best overall strategy that can helpthe dealership meets it goals in sales.
Playan active role in the community
