Job Description This role reports directly to Brian Villanova, North American Assistant Treasurer, who oversees all banking and treasury systems and serves as the Global Groupe Process Owner for Treasury. The position is responsible for running, monitoring, maintaining, and enhancing key Treasury reporting to support Trade Working Capital (TWC) management, disbursement oversight, foreign exchange activities, and other core treasury functions.

Role Scope

North America represents approximately 65% of Publicis Groupe’s revenue and nearly 75% of its cash flow. As the largest U.S. media broker, the organization processes over $3.5B in collections and disbursements each month. This position plays a critical role in ensuring these high‑volume cash flows are effectively managed, strategically optimized, and executed in a timely and accurate manner to maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, including some of the world’s largest corporations.

The role provides direct support to the North American Treasurer, all three Assistant Treasurers, and additional members of the Treasury team across various operational and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Run and distribute a series of daily treasury reports for internal Treasury stakeholders and, when applicable, partners within the Shared Services Center (SSC) and agency finance teams.

Support ongoing monitoring and analysis of cash flow activity, TWC metrics, disbursement trends, and FX exposures.

Assist in the continuous improvement and development of treasury reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics.

Collaborate with Treasury leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality, timely data that supports decision‑making.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Excel

Experience with Power BI

Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite

Familiarity with Copilot / AI tools a plus

Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Additional Information Compensation Range:

$90,000–$125,000 annually. This range reflects the Company’s expected pay for this position at the time of posting. Consistent with applicable law, final compensation will be determined based on the applicant’s skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as the requirements of the position. The Company reserves the right to adjust this pay range at any time.

Benefits:
