About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to ensure the seamless execution and financial integrity of all paid media campaigns. You will be the critical link between creative vision and media activation, orchestrating the trafficking of diverse ad creatives across various digital channels and meticulously managing the financial processes that power these global campaigns. Your expertise will directly contribute to the efficiency and success of high-impact marketing efforts, ensuring every dollar is tracked and every campaign launches without a hitch.

What You'll Do:

  • Creative Trafficking & Launch Enablement: Own and maintain essential creative mapping documents, ensuring all required assets and copy are delivered by creative teams and perfectly align with approved media plans.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between media and creative teams, facilitating timely asset delivery, accurate trafficking, and on-time campaign launches across social, display, and online video (OLV) channels.
  • Operational Partnership: Collaborate closely with media operations, internal media, and creative teams to support robust cross-channel trafficking strategies.
  • Financial Stewardship: Support comprehensive billing and invoicing processes, meticulously mapping budgets to invoices and ensuring absolute accuracy.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Review and approve invoices promptly, partnering with media, finance, and internal teams to efficiently resolve any discrepancies.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Media Trafficking & Launch Execution: Hands-on experience trafficking and launching paid media campaigns across various digital channels.
  • Billing, Invoicing, & Business Operations Expertise: Proven experience managing budgets, invoices, and financial tracking within paid media operations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience working effectively within complex, matrixed environments, navigating processes, and partnering seamlessly across diverse teams.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Education: Experience-based qualifications are highly valued.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Prior agency experience with hands-on ad setup and execution.
  • A data-driven and strategic mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience developing end-to-end media plans.
  • Familiarity with campaign and brand taxonomy.
  • Experience with various billing and invoicing systems.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $26.49 - $29.43 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
