One Flight Up Design & Innovation, Inc. (OFU) is a Women Owned package and product design agency based in Pine Brook, NJ, an hour from New York City. We work in CPG package design as well as kid / tween product and packaging design within kid & tween beauty kits, trendy. toys, and the arts & crafts space.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Designer position based in Pine Brook, NJ

Qualifications

• We are looking for a seasoned Senior Designer who has experience within kid / tween and all family products
• Must be well versed in the Adobe Creative Cloud and have a strong understanding of print production
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet client deadlines
• Strong leadership, organization, and project management skills to oversee projects from concept to completion
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred
• 6-8 years package design experience within kid / beauty / CPG categories
