Direct message the job poster from Cetera Financial Group Cetera Financial Group (CFG) is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager (Wealth Management) who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for our captive financial professional audience to drive revenue growth and adoption of Ceteras wealth management solutions. This role will work closely with the leaders of the Advisory Experience and Growth teams to align marketing strategies and execute plans with the business outcomes to be achieved. Assess the marketing needs of specific Wealth Management business lines to achieve desired outcomes. Develop, direct, and execute strategic B2B marketing plans and campaigns aligned with the goals of our Wealth Management initiatives, focusing on driving advisor adoption of wealth management solutions and fee-based assets onto Ceteras platform. Develop and manage relationships with third parties for copywriting, design, and strategy execution. Drive development and accentuation of unique value propositions while incorporating brand and marketing messages appropriately to drive outsized growth. Represent the viewpoints of the Wealth Management leadership team, financial advisor, and end client throughout the content creation and strategic planning process with internal partners. Track and measure the effectiveness of implemented marketing plans and campaigns, adjusting as needed to maximize engagement and adoption. Develop, review, and revise content and messaging to help with targeted sales and education efforts. Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing roles. Financial services experience is a plus. ~5-7+ years of experience in marketing experience. ~ Strong proficiency in a variety of computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Direct experience in B2B wealth management marketing, preferably within the advisory, investment management, and/or RIA space. Familiarity with content management systems, analytics tracking, client relationship management tools, and social media and email marketing platforms. Travel Requirements: ~ The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $130,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location.
