Part-Time Sales Team Leader
Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Sales Team Leader, where you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring a top-notch customer experience. In this leadership position, you will support the management team and take on managerial responsibilities when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are unavailable.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspire and motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Assist in training and developing a high-performing sales team.
Address customer service initiatives promptly and courteously to enhance customer satisfaction.
Act as a key communicator between customers, sales associates, and management.
Support various store operations including floor changes, merchandising, display maintenance, and inventory management.
Flexibly engage in various duties as needed in a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of retail experience is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
Strong organizational skills to coordinate resources and meet business goals.
Excellent team-building abilities to create a positive work atmosphere.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
