We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team and support producers and clients through proactive, relationship-driven account management.Position SummaryThe Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, acting as a key liaison between clients, producers, carriers, and internal teams. This role requires strong technical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex accounts in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day servicing of a commercial lines book of businessCoordinate and support the renewal process, including gathering exposure data, preparing submissions, reviewing proposals, and issuing bindersHandle policy changes, endorsements, audits, certificates of insurance, cancellations, and billing inquiriesServe as a primary point of contact for producers and clients, providing timely and professional serviceWork closely with producers on account strategy, retention efforts, and coverage analysisCommunicate with carriers to negotiate terms, resolve issues, and ensure accurate policy issuanceReview policies for accuracy and compliance with client needs and carrier requirementsMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation within agency management systemsEnsure adherence to internal procedures, carrier guidelines, and regulatory requirementsQualifications3+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience in an agency or brokerage environmentStrong technical knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and policy formsAbility to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities independentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesActive Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain)Experience with agency management systems and carrier portalsPreferred ExperienceExperience servicing middle-market or specialty commercial accountsFamiliarity with a variety of industries and coverage typesPrior experience working closely with producers in a team-based service modelWhat We OfferExposure to complex, middle-market and specialty commercial accountsCollaborative, producer-aligned service environmentAutonomy and trust for experienced professionalsCareer growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding national brokerageCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefitsSupportive culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and client successWho Thrives here?This role is ideal for a Commercial Lines Account Manager who enjoys taking ownership of their book, values collaboration, and wants to grow within a forward-thinking brokerage that is actively investing in its people and future.Interested in hearing more?
