Their practice areas include estate planning, elder law, probate & trust administration, conservatorship, and related matters.We are seeking a strong litigation associate with several years of experience to support the firm’s disputes, fiduciary, and probate-driven litigation work. While probate litigation experience is a plus, candidates with solid civil litigation backgrounds will also be considered.
