Compensation Package:
$18.50/Hour - $22.50/Hour
Unit Offered: 785 Baywood Dr., Petaluma, CA 94954
Unit Description: 1 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom units available
Move-in date: within 2 weeks of hiring
Rent for the Unit: $1,000 - $1,500/Monthly depending on desired unit
Pay Frequency:
Biweekly
Position Hours:
Schedule will include Saturdays and on-call availability
FLSA:
Non-Exempt
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Rental Activities
Keep vacant units clean
Answer phones
Issue (post) notices to tenants when necessary and receive, distribute & file notices received
Conduct move-in/move-out inspections
Document and recommend necessary repair work and organizing any vender work to be performed. Monitoring such work as it is being performed
Order locks to be changed/change codes after move-outs (in-between tenants)
Administration
Maintain/secure keys & remotes
Prepare and orchestrate various inspections
Annual safety inspections of each unit with Property Manager
Work with various municipal (fire, water, insurance) inspections
Enforcement of apartment rules
Maintain registry of tenants, vehicles, assigned keys & gate remotes
Maintain & file monthly expenses reports and receipts
Create supply and equipment manifest
Order and/or reorder of supplies for maintaining the complex
Maintenance
Straighten up and remove trash from common areas
Call vendors for plumbing, electrical, gas issues and report to PM within 24 hours of such occurrences
Keep entry and common areas free of debris and clutter
Return garbage, recycling, and compost containers to respective locations after pickup days and keep area clean and organized
Replace broken and burnt lightbulbs in all common areas
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Onsite Manager will be required to attend any training by PURE, including but not limited to Fair Housing courses
Selected applicants will need to qualify for $1,500.00/mo rent and undergo regular tenant screening
1-2 years prior property management or leasing experience
Strong Administrative, communication and organization skills required
