Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Specialist, based in Albuquerque, NM. The Leasing Specialist will be responsible for managing leases, ensuring resident satisfaction and retention, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include assisting prospective residents, handling lease administration, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance tenant experiences.
Qualifications
Skills in Resident Retention and providing a high level of Customer Service
Proficiency in Lease Management and Lease Administration
Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with residents, team members, and vendors
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Previous experience in real estate, property management, or leasing is a plus
Knowledge of property management software and relevant legal regulations is advantageous
High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
