This role requires strong attention to detail, a creative problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:Build, assemble, and fit new injection molds, dies, and fixtures according to engineering specificationsRepair, modify, and maintain existing tools and dies to ensure optimal performanceOperate manual and CNC machines including mills, lathes, grinders, and EDM equipmentRead and interpret complex blueprints, sketches, and part drawingsPerform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, and other inspection toolsCollaborate with engineers and other team members to improve tooling design and performanceMaintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety proceduresQualifications:5+ years of hands on experience as a Tool Maker or equivalent roleProficiency in machining, grinding, and hand fitting operationsStrong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&TExperience with wire EDM and/or CNC machining preferredExcellent problem solving skills and mechanical aptitudeTeam-oriented attitude with the ability to work independentlyInterested in hearing more?
