engaging, informative, and fun tours , including sightseeing, culinary-focused, and cinematic-themed experiences. Responsibilities include: Guiding small groups through
pre-planned walking routes Sharing historical, cultural, and insider knowledge about Paris Providing
exceptional customer service
and answering guest questions Maintaining
group safety and a welcoming atmosphere Promoting additional Best Tours experiences to enhance guest satisfaction This is a
flexible freelance role , perfect for someone passionate about New York and sharing its magic with visitors. Qualifications
Mandatory New York City Sightseeing Guide License Experience leading guided tours or presenting local history and culture Strong communication skills, including public speaking and active listening Excellent customer service skills and a positive, engaging personality Strong knowledge of New York City’s history, neighborhoods, culture, and landmarks Interest or experience in food, film, or pop culture tours is a plus Basic sales skills to promote additional tours and experiences Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus Excellent organizational and time management skills Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
