Responsibilities:
* Plan, organize, and implement a diverse range of recreational and social activities. * Supervise and train activity staff and volunteers. * Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure a holistic approach to resident care. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation. * Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications:
* Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist (CTRS) or Certified Activity Director (CAD) required. * Minimum of two years of experience in a social or recreational program within the last five years, including at least one year in a healthcare setting. * Strong organizational and leadership skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Passion for working with seniors
