In this role, you will be vital in ensuring our storage facilities operate smoothly while providing outstanding service to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential customers through various channels, converting leads into sales and upsales. Build and nurture relationships with current and prospective customers. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner. Manage the auction process for units with unpaid accounts, following legal and company regulations. Utilize market insights to tailor sales strategies and pricing based on customer demographics. Facilitate the customer experience by processing rental agreements and applying discounts appropriately. Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities and customer interactions. Ensure accurate financial transactions through daily business reconciliation. Contribute to property improvements aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Regularly review storage unit conditions to ensure cleanliness and adherence to brand standards. Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team goals. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for experience in sales or customer service. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and collaboratively; flexibility for weekend or evening shifts is required. Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills. Attention to detail in managing inventory and adhering to security protocols. Experience with delinquency management is a plus. Must pass a criminal background check and provide a Motor Vehicle Record/Driver's Abstract.
