Experience managing projects from requirements capture through to go-live.
Exhibiting executive presence in presenting analysis and solutions.
Ability to design and facilitate executive-level workshops.
Experience in business case development and roadmap creation.
Familiarity with journey mapping and design thinking methodologies.
Advanced experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
