Key Responsibilities:
Development
Implementation:
Design, code, and deploy customized Salesforce applications and solutions to address specific business requirements.
Develop using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components to extend the platform's functionality.
Requirements Gathering
Design: Meet with project managers and stakeholders to gather and document CRM needs and requirements.
Create effective development goals and timelines for projects.
Integration
Data Management:
Develop and maintain integrations with other systems and applications using web services and APIs.
Contribute to data quality and implement best practices for data integrity.
Testing
Maintenance: Test the functionality and stability of new applications.
Troubleshoot and fix bugs to ensure optimal application performance.
Documentation
Support: Create technical documentation, including user guides and release notes.
Provide technical training and hands on support to staff.
Collaboration
Best Practices: Collaborate with cross functional teams, including project managers and administrators.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding best practices.
Stay updated on new Salesforce features and recommend enhancements.
