Pay Range: $17.15 – 23.58 Hourly

The scheduled hours for the role are Mon 8:00a-4:30p, Tue & Wed 11:00a-8:00p, Fri 9:00a-5:30p, Sun 12:00-7:00pm with Thu & Sat OFF!

In addition to answering questions and sharing your expertise about our many products and services with our customers, you’re also empowered to offer solutions that exceed their expectations.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

Answer: Provide a world-class customer service experience

Resolve: Understand customer needs and use all tools available in order to find the right solution

Impress: Use your resources internally and externally to exceed customer expectations

Assist: Work with Accounting and cashiering when account problems or customer inquiries occur

Retrieve: Collect documentation on company-wide opportunities and non-conformances and submit to management

Contribute: Support all areas of the company by completing multiple types of transactions such as: cancellations, checking status of merchandise, installation/delivery times, account questions, set up returns, etc

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

Positive, upbeat attitude

1 year of customer service experience that has included answering customer questions and concerns on a regular, one-to-one basis

Flexibility in training schedule as needed

Basic computer skills required

Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer

Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs

Bilingual speaking is bonus

Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, drug screen and criminal background check
