Required Skills & Qualifications Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 12 years of experience with SaaS EPM Oracle Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud (EPBCS) Proficient in handling P1/P2/P3 incidents and month-end forecast jobs Strong communication and collaboration skills with FP&A departments Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience with creative problem-solving and implementing solutions for complex requirements Willingness to provide extended hours support for critical incidents Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including enhancement/development and support Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Work on enhancement/development projects while addressing support items Ensure timely completion and troubleshooting of month-end forecast jobs Maintain response/restoration SLAs for incidents during CST business hours
