Job Description: As a Web Designer & UI/UX Developer, you will design, develop, and optimize user-centric web interfaces that enhance digital experiences. This role combines creative design, front-end development, and data-driven insights to ensure websites meet user needs and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong visual design skills, technical expertise in front-end frameworks, and the ability to analyze user behavior through performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into user-centered designs and functional UI deliverables. Participate in team forums and provide regular updates on progress and dependencies. Ensure seamless integration of design with technical requirements and project goals. Translate UI/UX concepts into responsive, intuitive web interfaces. Work closely with technical leaders to validate design feasibility. Provide mentorship to junior team members as needed. Implement and maintain analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Hotjar, Mixpanel) to measure engagement. Analyze performance metrics such as bounce rates and conversion funnels to inform UX improvements. Generate reports and insights for optimization of engagement, accessibility, and SEO. Conduct A/B testing to validate design decisions.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design principles. Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD. Strong front-end development skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Experience with CMS platforms, version control systems, and Agile methodologies. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO principles. Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
