Key Responsibilities:

Act as a

Salesforce Developer

responsible for supporting and enhancing existing Salesforce applications. Perform

daily administration and support

of the Salesforce CRM system, including user setup, role management, security, and customization of objects, fields, record types, and page layouts. Develop and maintain

custom reports and dashboards

to provide actionable business insights. Provide

advanced user support

and resolve issues with Salesforce functionality and integrations. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Conduct

data quality audits, deduplication, and maintenance

to ensure accuracy and consistency. Support

system integrations

with third-party applications and platforms. Assist with

system upgrades, release management, and implementation of new Salesforce features . Create and maintain detailed

documentation, training guides, and support materials . Monitor

system performance

and recommend optimizations for scalability and efficiency. Qualifications:

3+ years of

Salesforce Administration & Development experience . Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM functionality, configuration, and customization. Hands-on expertise with

user management, security, reporting, dashboards, and troubleshooting . Experience with data management, system integration, and release management. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
