Governance CIO IT Infrastructure Support Services GovCIO is excited to announce an opportunity to join our team in supporting the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) IT Infrastructure Support Services (ITIS) program. Key Responsibilities Perform troubleshooting and resolution of Hardware, Software, networking, and system-related challenges within a complex Government IT environment. Utilize ServiceNow to effectively document, track, and manage incidents and service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Work collaboratively with IT teams and vendors to solve issues beyond the service desk's capacity. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and provide clear, technical solutions to users. Mentor and train Tier 1 service desk team members, enhancing overall service delivery. Essential Qualifications 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Current ITIL Foundation and/or Practitioner v.4 certifications. Preferred Qualifications Current DevSecOps FoundationSM certification from the DevOps Institute.
