Support the management team in achieving store priorities, focusing on providing exceptional customer service, effective inventory management, and streamlined operations, all while ensuring a positive work environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Empower Customer Experiences: Model outstanding Customer Experience Leader (CEL) behaviors and guide team members to meet store goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Ensure a welcoming environment by maintaining store standards and completing essential daily tasks. Review daily communications to prioritize and execute tasks effectively. Commit to Consistent Customer Service: Communicate daily progress to ensure customer satisfaction. Complete necessary processes related to audits, donations, transfers, and more. Collaborate closely with store leadership to adhere to policies and procedures. Leverage In-Store and Digital Services: Participate in inventory activities such as freight receipt, product placement, and markdowns. Assist management with omni-channel activities like Charge/Send and Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS). Convey supply needs to ensure seamless operations. Prioritize Customer First Approach: Contribute to a safe shopping environment by ensuring all equipment is functional and reporting any issues. Address team and customer concerns promptly and escalate when necessary. Assist in managing associate timekeeping activities. Provide feedback on associate performance to the Store Manager. Bring Energy and Fun to the Team: Recognize and celebrate associate achievements using our recognition tools. Support the team through training and coaching. Perform various associate duties as required by management. Required Skills: Exceptional customer service skills combined with professionalism and enthusiasm. Able to build collaborative relationships. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Capacity to work at a fast pace and hold the team accountable to deadlines. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Proficient with technology for engaging customer interactions. Able to spend up to 100% of working time on foot. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Comfort with frequent bending, kneeling, or crouching. Experience: Minimum 2 years of workforce experience. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
