Global Client Partner - Strategic Accounts (Managed Learning Services)

Position Summary

Our Global Client Partners protect and expand GP Strategies' most valuable relationships-global enterprises that invest $25-100 M+ annually in learning and talent solutions. Your mission is three-fold: (1) deliver double-digit organic growth, (2) capture whitespace through new services and geographies, and (3) safeguard renewals to maximize lifetime value. You will marshal cross-functional teams, shape AI-enabled learning strategies, and serve as a senior advisor to C-suite stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth & Whitespace Expansion

Deliver ≥ 15 % YoY revenue growth across assigned portfolio

Build multi-year account roadmaps aligning client business objectives with GP Strategies' full suite-managed learning, advisory, leadership, technical, and AI-powered solutions.

Originate and lead strategic pursuits (RFPs, sole-source renewals, expansions) in partnership with sales, solutioning, and pricing teams.

2. Client Retention & Advocacy

Maintain > 95 % gross dollar retention and > 105 % net dollar retention.

Cultivate executive-level relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted adviser on workforce transformation.

Drive executive business reviews linking learning impact to enterprise-level outcomes, reinforcing value and securing renewals ahead of term.

3. Solution Innovation (AI & Digital)

Champion generative-AI, adaptive learning, and data-driven analytics to improve learner engagement, speed to competence, and ROI.

Collaborate with product, tech, and delivery teams to co-design pilots and scale successful innovations across the account.

Represent GP Strategies at industry events, panels, and client forums, positioning us as a thought leader in AI-enabled L&D.

4. Operational & Commercial Excellence

Ensure SLA and KPI attainment; proactively mitigate delivery risks and manage escalations to resolution.

Lead commercial negotiations-pricing, T&Cs, contract extensions-while protecting margin and ensuring compliance.

Use CRM, CPQ, and sales-enablement tools (e.g., Dynamics 365, Gong, LinkedIn Navigator) to forecast accurately and drive pipeline discipline.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Education, or related field; MBA or M.Ed. preferred. 10+ years managing $25-100 M+ global accounts in corporate learning, talent development, or HR services. Proven track record delivering growth, whitespace expansion, and high renewal rates. Deep expertise in learning operations, technology platforms, instructional design, and AI applications in L&D and sales. Executive presence with superior consultative selling, negotiation, and financial-acumen skills. Proficiency with enterprise CRM and sales-enablement stacks (Dynamics 365, Power BI, etc.). Ability to travel internationally up to 30 %.
