Overview

We are seeking a

Senior Product Owner

to lead the strategy, vision, and enterprise-scale development of an advanced AI-driven automation platform that converts observed business processes into executable, agent-based workflows. This role sits at the intersection of

Product Management, Generative AI, Automation Engineering, and Enterprise Digital Transformation .

The ideal candidate brings deep experience owning complex, highly technical platforms, translating AI capabilities into scalable business outcomes, and influencing senior leaders across large, regulated enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Product Ownership Own and scale an enterprise AI automation capability, including operating models, governance standards, and adoption patterns Define and evolve agent-based automation capabilities that translate observed processes into executable workflows and code Maintain end-to-end ownership across capture, ingestion, configuration, execution, and monitoring layers Product Vision, Roadmap & Strategy

Own the product vision, roadmap, and multi-release delivery plan for AI-driven automation and agent platforms Define scalable architectural patterns for video/process-to-code automation pipelines Partner with engineering teams to align deterministic automation with LLM-based systems AI & Automation Platform Strategy

Define requirements for multimodal ingestion, semantic understanding, workflow translation, and agent execution Guide integration of open-source and enterprise AI models into automation pipelines Establish guardrails for AI quality, reliability, and compliance Cross-Functional Leadership

Lead delivery across Data Science, AI Engineering, Platform Engineering, and Automation teams Drive alignment across technology, operations, risk, and compliance stakeholders Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on AI-enabled transformation initiatives Governance, Risk & Change Management

Define enterprise standards for AI governance, model assurance, and safe-use patterns Establish release management, change enablement, onboarding, and training routines Ensure solutions meet regulatory, operational, and control expectations Required Qualifications

7+ years of Product Management experience in complex, technical environments Proven ownership of enterprise-scale digital, AI, or automation platforms Strong understanding of

AI/ML systems, generative AI workflows, agent architectures, and automation design Experience influencing senior leadership and prioritizing across multiple stakeholders Demonstrated success delivering large-scale, multi-team initiatives

Preferred Experience Experience with AI-enabled automation, process intelligence, or workflow platforms Background working with data science, ML engineering, or platform teams Experience operating within regulated or highly governed enterprise environments
