$25-$30/HR Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Location:
Thousand Oaks, CA 91320
Responsibilities & Requirements: Experience providing device support and basic technical support Ability to troubleshoot a push-button device with no internet connectivity Strong listening skills to extract key information and accurately enter data Team-oriented with situational awareness and willingness to step in as needed Takes ownership of responsibilities and follows established SOPs Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflows Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous technical support or device support experience preferred Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable documenting issues and resolutions accurately
