We are seeking a
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist
to contribute to our clients' Information Technology (IT) modernization initiatives. Fully remote position available for U.S. residents. Travel: up to 10% Your Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, deploy, and review Dynamics 365 CRM customizations, Power Automate Flows, Power Pages implementations, and PowerBI reports based on business requirements. Develop a robust cloud strategy aligned with client business needs using Agile methodologies. Work with technical leads to define business requirements, estimate development effort, and finalize work plans. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Team on testing, reporting, resolution, and change management. Implement and validate security controls in line with customer requirements during the software development process. Enhance integrations with Power Automate, Azure services, and PowerBI tailored to customer needs. Participate in daily project activities including scrum events, technical discussions, and other meetings. Your Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship required. Ability to secure a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Level Security Clearance. 5-10 years of experience in software engineering, with 5-7 years specifically in Agile frameworks. Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Apps, including Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI. Experience in integrating with Microsoft SharePoint Online and Microsoft Azure Functions. Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, and Microsoft Liquid. Ability to establish, configure, and troubleshoot APIs effectively. Demonstrated experience in developing and troubleshooting workflows in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service. Familiarity with authentication protocols like OAuth and OpenID. Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps. Familiarity with GitHub/GitLab for version control and CI/CD practices. Education & Certification Preferences: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields preferred, or equivalent work experience. Microsoft certifications in Dynamics CRM, ERP, or SMB are advantageous but not mandatory. Certifications such as Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) or Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) are welcomed. Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) certification is a plus.
