Develop and maintain technical product solutions within the CPQ environment. ssess current business processes, pain points, and future requirements. rticulate how Salesforce and CPQ can address gaps and optimize processes. Lead the implementation of Salesforce CPQ, ensuring successful deployment and integration. Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions. Review and evaluate technology options for achieving business objectives. Research and stay updated on emerging technologies for potential business application. Develop strategies to leverage new technologies effectively. Manage shifting priorities and promptly address issues with professionalism. Handle troubleshooting and error definition for technical solutions. Maintain data tables containing available product options for accurate configurations. Provide technical support for CPQ product solutions, assisting users with inquiries and issues. Collaborate with subject matter experts and programmers to implement solutions. Support QA/ UAT and obtain approval for changes in both test and production environments. Provide expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams regarding business application tools and architecture. Work with senior business leaders to understand use cases and translate them into technical approaches within the Salesforce ecosystem. Evaluate new tool/ technologies and provide recommendations to IT leadership regarding their suitability for the organization.
