We are seeking a skilled Automotive Restyling Technician for a full-time, on-site position located in Doral, FL. Technicians will be responsible for accurately applying window tint, vinyl wrap, and paint protection film to customer vehicles, as well as for residential and commercial flat glass tinting. Key responsibilities will include prepping surfaces, applying tint materials, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. The individual will collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to company standards. While no prior experience is required, a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a passion for craftsmanship are essential. Our technicians arecross-trained to develop multi-skill proficiency, unlocking more earning potential and long-term growth Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Install automotive window tint, paint protection film, and vinyl wraps with precision and attention to detail. Perform commercial and residential flat glass tinting projects as assigned. Assist in the installation of car audio systems and a variety of automotive accessories (e.g., lighting, dash cams, alarms, remote starts). Follow company installation standards to ensure consistent, high-quality results. Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after every project. Customer & Team Interaction

Interact professionally with customers when needed, ensuring a positive client experience. Communicate clearly with the Shop Manager and team members about job status, required materials, and timelines. Support fellow technicians when help is needed to meet shop production goals. Quality Control & Efficiency

Complete vehicle and surface inspections before and after work to ensure proper application and customer satisfaction. Maintain high production speed while upholding quality and safety standards. Identify and report any installation issues or damages to the Shop Manager promptly. Shop Maintenance

Care for company-provided tools and equipment, reporting maintenance needs when required. Respect and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop environment. Use personal tools if preferred, provided they meet safety and performance standards. Qualifications

No prior experience required; full on-the-job training provided. A passion for hands-on work and vehicle customization. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent time management and the ability to work under production deadlines. Team-oriented mindset with a positive and respectful attitude. Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks required for installations. Willingness to learn additional services to expand skillset and earning potential. Training & Advancement All Technicians will complete structured on-the-job training under the guidance of experienced team members or managers. Opportunities for continuing education and specialized training in advanced services (e.g., audio, wraps, accessories) are provided and encouraged. Technicians who master multiple services may unlock additional earning potential and career advancement within the company. Full-time position. Standard shop hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Saturday availability required, unless otherwise arranged with the Shop Manager.
