What You’ll Do
Overseeing daily operations, maintenance activities, and emergency response
Serving as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and real estate partners
Coordinating repairs, renovations, and tenant improvement projects
Preparing and managing leases, renewals, and complete property records
Overseeing rent collection, resolving delinquencies, and managing eviction processes when required
Developing and managing operating and capital budgets in partnership with the COO and Accounting team
Coordinating move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and emergency preparedness procedures
Supporting marketing, property showings, and leasing and sales activities with realtors
Ensuring compliance with landlord-tenant laws, building codes, ADA requirements, and company policies
What We’re Looking For
Hawaii State Realtor’s License required (Broker’s License preferred)
Commercial and residential property management experience
Strong working knowledge of Hawaii landlord-tenant laws and real estate regulations
Understanding of building systems, construction practices, and applicable codes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction specifications
Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency with standard office and spreadsheet software
Valid Hawaii driver’s license
